location to and from alton towers, we didn t get a chance to use the pool as didn t arrive until 8pm and between that time it s adults only , so a little gutting as

male in the leisure was very abrupt and really put us off being in the pool so we left after 30mins

the health club is great, with small gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc

the spa was so relaxing, with the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and steam room

the waiters, waitresses, bar staff were also brilliant

a great welcome and excellent bar and restaurant.

all of the staff we encountered were efficient and polite from the manager, the bar man and waiting staff in the restaurant

small grumble was the bar closed at 10pm on the sunday and we didn't finish dinner until 9:45 pm, so no time for a drink

pool sauna and price

aall was good and in order they even had a swimming pool

kids loved the pool. ideal for night stop. rooms were good and away from the main hotel.

the indoor pool and spa area were good and not overcrowded

and some cleanliness could do with a little attention in the pool / steam room area

the spa is wonderful with a first class outdoor jacuzzi

the pool and spa area was very small and very little space in the changing rooms.

likewise, the breakfast was great and so much to choose from we didn't use the pool or facilities because we were attending a wedding and didn't have time i would definitely stay

we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool at night and the following morning

they have got better the staff are a credit to the hotel, obviously with the pandemic the pool and spa not available but when we return again i am sure it will be available

gorgeous location, rooms, swimming pool and view from room was lovely. highly recommend

also no privacy to get changed there should be separate cubicles, and we thought there was a pool to swim in but there was not, apart from that lovey weekend there

pool availability & spa cost

which is an extra cost and must be booked separately, was basically a sauna, steam room, plunge pool, shower and beach hut

pool, hot tub was a little colder than expected, hot tub also at over capacity most of thee evening

we didn t like the location of the room, very hot, noisy motor

there was fast wifi if that s what you need

there are laundry facilities, dishwasher, oven/hob utensils etc, hairdryer, robes, slippers, toiletries all

managed a couple of swims in the large pool which was much needed after a day of walking, the spa area was also spotless and provided a

one night with massage the other with warm swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna

more time slot availability for the pool facilities

the use of the gym/pool was also a nice added bonus

very warm and comfy with a spa and swimming pool on site
