food was a good price and decent, the bar dining area was lovely to sit at and the staff were attentive and could not be more helpful

replaced and cold water came out roasting, had to run it for a bit to eventually get cold, no wifi although advertised, bed was big and comfortable but was 2 singles pushed together and the

breakfast excellent, location good, room was comfortable and clean and staff very friendly.
