and as a bonus their swimming pool was gorgeous and due to a reservation system we had it to ourselves

i used the swimming pool and leisure facilities = all in all excellent value for money

its spacious areas and comfortable seating arrangements combined with light and airy swimming pool

access to gym and swimming pool included, staff was just great both reception and bar

evening meals but breakfast was just what you needed after and early morning swim in the outdoor pool

the pool was open and an nice addition to the available facilities, i went in once but was a bit cool

all of it really excellent pool grounds were well kept the building itself was a picture

we loved the warm swimming pool, the warm, fresh scones with our champagne cream tea on his birthday,

we very much enjoyed using the spa facilities especially the hydrotherapy pool and the steam room

the spa is so relaxing and the heated outdoor bubbly pool is wonderful to be in whatever the weather

location was great, the room was lovely, they gave us a room with a small kitchen as we weren’t having breakfast which was really kind of them and even let us check in

worked very well because i belong to a bat group and we were doing netting and trapping at bath golf club which was only about 20 minutes away

little kitchen area was very well equipped and the thought and care of leaving milk and tea coffee and

kitchen and bathroom were modern looked like they had been recently upgraded

excellent breakfast and superb dinner the pool and jacuzzi with a view attractive lounge, bar and terrace free entry to bowood house and

there were too many people in the pool & jacuzzi, so we couldn t enjoy the spa facilities.

the pool area and spa facilities are well laid out with open views from the pool across the well kept

pool area perhaps needs updating

the spa was great and good facilities lovely indoor pool, sauna and steam room, plus great outdoor pool

liked if there were loungers round the pool to relax and read a book/ magazine but not sure if that’s feasable given the size of the

location in its own grounds yet close to lots of attractions in wiltsure and has great swimming pool

location is excellent. very extensive cooked breakfast menu with quality ingredients.

i gave it 8 instead of 9 mainly because it doesn t have a gym or pool etc which i knew anyway but that s what would have made it stand out even more than it

get the wifi on the tv to work or the coffee machine to work in the room but only minor

parking was easy with the hotel's permit, our room was large and very comfortable, the honesty bar in the lounge area was a great touch

there is everything you need including towels and little things you might need after visiting the pool

in your hotel, the hotel staff was excellent, the best impression was made on me by the spa

rm pool witch hydro massage,hot pool ,sauna and steam room ) is amazing

spa is very relaxing with a pool , vitality pool , steam room and sauna

the spa was lovely, just wish that we'd picked up that there is a gym as well as a pool there

o bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were)

pool warm peaceful and delightful we felt like we could have been in the south of france comfy bed

pool didn't have it's jacuzzi working properly and body lotion and large towels run out otherwise

indoor pool is a little bit small but i was still satisfied!

the swimming pool is warm and very relaxing, perfect for a swim at the end of the day
