poor breakfast; terrible dining room service; very bare looking hotel; very few plants and just looked sad

was problem with wifi connection pretty much throughout whole our stay

they had tasty food for breakfast and dinner, and they offered a varied meniu each day

the heated pool, unfortunately, was not operational for the majority of our stay due to a mechanical issue

at the pool bar wasn’t good when mary wasn’t there

nice food great bar facilities and pool areas lovely

if you didn’t secure one by 7:55am, there was no shade round the pool all day, so i ended up having to buy long sleeve rash tops for myself and the kids

loved yoga by the infinity pool looking at the ocean each day, and the gym

it would have been nice if at least one of the pools was open past 6pm but didn't bother us hugely

plenty of entertainment options for children, whether it's evening entertainment, the swimming pool, or the playground

everything was perfect, nice hotel , good swimming pools, good food.

didn't get a sea view room, but i got nice views of the hard rock hotel pool across the road

and the pool was not heated unlike it was last year

sometimes at noon the music at lagoon pool was too loud .

pools: fantastic selection, and the huge beach club pool was my favourite place to relax

course, some people think that they can just leave their towels at the best seats from the pool in the morning and then only go there 2 hours later

no pool for lilos for kids

there are multiple pools and walking trails

though few pools claim to be heated, but in our opinion in should be heated few degrees more to make the pool

how spacious it was & that there was more then one pool to chose from if one was very busy
