friendly staff, gym and mall all together great location in ccs

my first stay at this hotel, i couldn't sleep in the morning hours because at 7 am every day the gym in the mall starts blaring

mine was 713 (espectacular view pf the sea) is confortable and clean, the halls, the lobby, the pool, the restaurant and all the places of the hotel are clean and well maintained (+)great pool, loved the hotel, fabulous (-)pool food friendly staff (+)huge pool with salty water, deep till 2 (+)had a wonderful time at the hotel, the pool is amazing, breakfast, lunch & dinner really good (+) the amenities are amazing: pool, game room, restaurant but the best is their staff specially gemma at the front desk (+) amazing pool (-)you can not use the pool after 6 pm (+)love eating by the pool

no working wifi

it was big enough for kids to be in one section and adults in another

the bar and restaurant were fine too

the bar and restaurant did not have everything on the menu when were there either

good was really good and the pool was good enough for my toddler

the staff and the pool. the shuttle bus was a great bonus !
