spacious apartment with double bed and sofa bed. good kitchen and huge bathroom

i asked if i could have a late check out of just 30 minutes and they said if i was so much as 1 minute late checking out they

only stayed for 1 night & kids used the sofa bed which wasn't great but fine for 1 night

seems to be being used to house families which in itself isn't a problem, but kids and adults shouting at 8am on a sunday morning isn't great for other guests

the pool was also incredible

the pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean too

only thing the changing rooms for swimming pool were a little small and not many lockers if it had been busy it would have been a bit

a receprion staff remembers the girls from previous visite and that they call it the castle, pool was well used by us, clean and very tidy, not to crowded, locker easy to use and secure

room was modern and liked you had an app to order room service (although we did not) (-) sugar and bottle opener in room online ordering room service didn't (+)stay - rooms well thought out and designed, outdoor bath very serene, good shower, good room service (+)lovely place to stay, very modern and clean, felt private and quiet which was great, room service/food was easy to order and tasted great (theres a useful app) (+) we ordered room service which comes from the bowling green inn which was amazing as well (+)2nd visit, food is superb, and we love the room service breakfast (+) room service was a lovely touch and the whole day/night was so relaxing the bed was extra large and (+) and thanking the staff for the room service food and drinks

room, lovely hot tub, easy parking, walk to town and tissington trail, food was delicious, service was fast and friendly

short walk from ashbourne town, parking on site and quiet when the windows and doors are closed

information about parking, check in/out, restaurant was all really clear
