and bowling alley across the road which was great for the kids, however we couldn't use the pool because the staff said the policies have changed and its for members children only

they also enjoyed how close the spa and swimming pool facilities were and made regular use of them during their stay

and swimming pool use to be free and now there was a 5 charge

hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, breakfast is great and the spa facilities are also really nice

spa was closed due to covid19 but the pool is open so still really enjoyed it

could've used more toilet roll and tissues than we had and there could be better signage for the pool as we had issues remembering the codes and finding the lockers, and the lockers for the hotel

was great except we booked a late check out for 3pm but then on check out day we got an alarming message from the hotel talking

the spa was really nice, had a heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, loungers around pool, also a gym

and amazingly, all the pool facilities, including the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were in working order the whole time -

low lighting in rooms young bar staff need adequate training to work behind a bar i shouldn’t have to tell them how to do
