the pool closed too early

only criticism would be the pool times for children

access to the pool for children and when property is full stayed in two hotels but only one child able to access

and well signposted the spa and pool set is really thought out and really nice facilities

they also enjoyed how close the spa and swimming pool facilities were and made regular use of them during their stay

and bowling alley across the road which was great for the kids, however we couldn't use the pool because the staff said the policies have changed and its for members children only

a bit of the downside was the pool/ spa next door expect for one day pass to use the pool or facilities there was wanting 22

great selection of drinks in the bar and the food was absolutely amazing - loved the seabass with tempura veg

the food is excellent, bar is lovely and always lovely to see the two regular gentlemen at the bar very smartly dressed

extra facilities to the outside space where you will be able to get pizza alongside the mobile bar they have in the gardens now

changing facilities was not clean men's was unacceptable. covid pool measures could be improved

bath robes went down a storm when we used the free pool session

didn t use the pool as was cut short on leaving day for us, but looked beautiful

spa was closed due to covid19 but the pool is open so still really enjoyed it

could've used more toilet roll and tissues than we had and there could be better signage for the pool as we had issues remembering the codes and finding the lockers, and the lockers for the hotel

think the spa needs more attention and care to it as it was quite messy by the pool / chairs was everywhere which made it messy looking

love your jelly beans but everyone i bought was out of date in the bar said april 2020 sell by date but got one in date and loving

extra duvet as sofa bed wasn’t too comfy, took a long time to receive and kids were already asleep by that point

road it’s forty minutes in the right direction to get home i’ve sampled the breakfast and bar food at the darrington and i really enjoyed it and the staff are all very helpful and friendly

came down an hour late for breakfast but bar staff still provided us with a full english

evening meal in the bar was very good. waitress serving was very pleasant

we were told to ask at the bar for items missing from the room, and bar staff were very obliging

great stay room, shower, food, and pool all experienced.

we used the pool and spa facilities this time, which we loved

warlei did a great job cleaning our room and the girls in the pool area helped me with my pram up and down the stairs

beautiful location, lovely food. enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
