a pool to relax in after a hard day at work was perfect staff were so friendly & helpful in

comfy rooms, nice pool, good gym, excellent staff.

everything looked fresh and new, the pool and sauna was a real bonus

no lifts! didn't know we could've used the pool..

the pool was a little too busy for our taste but that just goes to show how popular it is.

for room service, which was resolved and very nice meal delivered to the room

good staff very helpful and friendly specially the young girl at reception and colin behind the bar really enjoyed the

dated in need of a refurb, small bedroom for a double, with very small bathroom but the worst wifi i have ever experienced, maybe it was just the room

we had was the hotel would improve by having a comfortable relaxing lounge area away from the bar and restaurant area

i liked the facilities of the swimming pool, sauna and gym. i used this everyday and loved it.

parking was available free of charge, and plenty of spaces close to the entrance

the spa is a lovely addition and the newer rooms are comfortable too

i paid for an upgrade and got free access to gym and pool and sky movies

staff were extremely friendly, we had access to the pool and extra coffee and utensils were available if and when required

member of staff (reception, dining, pool and cleaners) were very friendly (+) the hot tub and pool steam room were all great as were the treatments (massages) (-)bar as my mobility is bad and use a walking stick however for evening meal and to get to the pool or treatment area and evening meal bar it was hard to get there (+)enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, sports bar very nice and the hotel did a activity for the children which (+)use of the swimming pool was great. good way to relax at the end of a busy day. (+) swimming pool and spa area was clean and not to busy so i was able to enjoy some down time (-)a minor issue was that towels are not provided for hotel guest using the pool. (+) the gym and pool were lovely too (+)hotel with big room, clean and comfortable pool was lovely and warm with nice facilities bar was good food bed was comfy breakfast lots of (+)everything was fantastic ~ we were able to use the jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms & swimming pool free of charge before check in and after check out (+)leather was ripped and single glazed windows, but for the price its reflected to some dgree, the pool is wkd, jacuzzi is awesome, changing rooms and gym are great with lots of weights and machines

there is plenty of parking and the staff are very friendly and helpful

although kids are welcomed, an elderly swimmer did complain to staff that my children were jumping in the

beautiful place and excellent facilities available. tasty breakfast and lovely rooms.
