property was beautiful and clean except for the indoor spa and pool area

pool always seems to be a weird color to where we will not swim in it however the hot tub always

wasn’t clear that the pool and jacuzzi were available to guests…on the website it seemed like it was only for guests

pool very tiny for an elegant hotel. food at the restaurant ok but not exceptional.

all super good. if anything, then wish the pool was bigger, but not a complaint.

our unit had 2 balconies with view of mountains and pool/spa area that people were actually using in the freezing cold

site advised if we wanted anything we had to again travel 6 blocks to get: parking pass, towels, pool towels, anything

resort fee is excessive ($--- on an $--- booking), and i didn't even use the pool, spa, etc etc
