the beds are so hard i couldn’t sleep and the pool wasn’t open

we booked a room with a pullout for two adults and three kids, and we were told they didn't have that so my son had to

i paid that much money just because it had an indoor pool, but it was not heated, it was colder in the pool room than it was outside, so we didn't get

the room was more than what i expected. my 3 girls loved it. the pool was the star of the show

the pool is not heated, there is no indoor pool. no jacuzzi/hot tub. no microwave in room.

the hotel is very nice and clean. pool is pretty! hotel is right on the beach as well.
