pool and spa perfect

disappointed the indoor pool was out of action due to being renovated.

enjoyed the jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna, plenty of towels

lack of repairs in the thermo pool tiles missing and damp on the columns. needs dealing with

from walks to the beach, food, drinks at the bar, pool/spa…unforgettable

were many towels around the pool area which made it look untidy

swimming pool....... the chlorine very strong.

pool was a little cold

less important but the lawned area in the garden is crying out for a pool

great breakfast and good facilities eg pool and sauna. restaurants were excellent.

how quite in the garden was and the facilities (indoor/ outdoor pool) (+)liked the pool and sauna (-)a regular swimmer and the pool is too small to really swim in (+)a group of 12 with 4 young children nothing was too much trouble, the kids loved the swimming pool & the tree house (+) the grounds and gardens were beautiful, the heated outdoor pool was bliss and the evenings stay was extremely relaxed (+)staff and friendly atmosphere, shame the pool was cold due to recent repairs, great for new forest walks (+) the swimming pool was really welcome to relax in on a hot day (+)relaxing stay - private and secluded outside swimming pool , we looked around tennis court and inside leisure centre (+)everything.the swimming pool was fab the bed was big and very comfy.

only fault was having to register email address for the wifi, with the expected but unwelcome spam emails received

we thought the changing areas for the pool and gym a little on the small side.

gym was a bit tired

there's a walk you can do straight onto the forest from the hotel which the kids enjoyed especially seeing all the wild horses

staff very friendly and helpful, good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant

beautiful spa and hotel and really helpful staff .. we had a lovely stay

we ended up staying in and having room service because it was so nice-my four year old daughter is hard to please, but she enjoyed

more parking, we had to wait a while for a space to become free.

the beginning of our stay until the end, all staff in reception, bar and restaurant were exceptional

we could also use the pool if we wanted to and everything exceeded my expectations

the pool was an absolute delight as i was staying on one of the hottest days of the year

the outdoor pool is simply lovely, a well kept area with comfy rattan loungers

nothing i can mention, just wish we visited earlier this year to benefit from the swimming pool which was now closed for winter understandably

jude enjoyed the pool (twice) enormously, and there was plenty of space in the room

a criticism, just a personal thought, that as sadly we could only check in later, swimming pool closes at 9pm, shame not able to open slightly later as a swim before bed and after dinner

i had the pool to myself the day i used it, it wasn t too cold, and changing rooms were warm too

only thing we found was that the pool was dirty but could use pool next door nice and clean and heated

i would also recommend to set up the hours for families with the kids and adults only use of the spa separately in order for those looking to get rest and harmony

we didn’t use the swimming pool or the dining area but it looked very welcoming

stay, especially drinking a glass or two of wine out on the sun trap of a patio, by the swimming pool

i wish the pool was open at the beginning of the summer.

no water for a 24hr period during our stay which was quite frustrating as we couldn't shower the kids or ourselves after coming home from the sandy beach, in the morning it was still not fixed
