thorns resort is a great venue having an indoor pool, spa, extensive gym for free use by guests, and a good restaurant and golf course with plenty

we were unsure if you had access to the pool/spa when we arrive as we were not inform

the noisy pool, aquafit style classes this is suppose to be a relaxing space.

i used the pool which was lovely and quiet

for me, the spa facilities and outdoor pool really topped the list, indoors and outdoors they created a beautiful environment to enjoy and

swimming pool is olympic size and loved the improvements

the swimming pool and the peace and quiet

would have been nice if there was a pool.

(+)for families with kids, our 4-months old was loved by everyone in the hotel, could swim in the pool for the first time (-)the pool area has a bit of a municipal pool feel about it. (+)the kids' swimming pool is brilliant (+) sharkies pool is probably one of the best kids pool we ve been to, all very thought through (+)love playing in the swimming pool and game room (+)very kid friendly! excellent pool and nice restaurant/bar. (+) really loved the swimming pool as did the kids and enjoyed very nice massages (+) i wish i could remember everyone's names, but mehdi at the reception, faye at sharkie's pool and sangeeta, who brought some of our meals, have all treated us with so much kindness i feel

not a big dislike but room service for a cake should be quicker than 30min, but was worth the wait

breakfast was a la carte, reasonably priced and the choices were excellent

during our stay, the room service attendant who brought drinks to our room had a strong unpleasant odor, which lingered

we visited the spa and had a massage which was lovely and then sat by the pool with a glass of prosecco

room service staff polite and friendly

breakfast was nice, had room service due to covid but it came bang on 8am

we had booked a spa bath suite but we were unable to have it

guest info book needed updating as room service was stated 24hrs but not available past

room service sandwiches were delicious

the spa treatments were disappointing

the staff rallied round to ensure a ground floor bedroom, parking and wheelchair making our stay truly wonderful

if you enjoy walks, golf and lying by the pool - it s wonderful

was brilliant to have the chance to use the pool and gym whenever we needed and have a starbucks there was a bonus too

breakfast was great with plenty of options, the swimming pool was clean and quiet and perfect for a relaxing swim, the room was a good size (we had the (+)is a really nice place to stay my son loves the pool and there is a big park just a 2 minuets walk we stay there a (-), room, pool , restaurant and the food was great (-)water in the pool was quite cold & the hot tub wasn't working again & it was the same as my previous visit, so (-)nothing i didn t like wish pool was open but understand (+)nice food. nice little pool. studio suite was clean and spacious. had a nice stay ud83dudc4d (+) and cool pool (+)pool was lovely, and clean (-)swimming pool is cold (+)stay here and again staff were brilliant room very comfortable pool is lovely and food in bar perfect will be back
