(-)times for room service were quite short (-)no help with luggage. no restaurant. no room service. (+)view was fabulous, the food we got from the restaurant (room service) was wonderful, the cleaners did a great job (-)room service, no one to carry the luggage, i had to carry them by self , when i ask for something (+)the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the in house chef who delivered our room service meal (-)party closed the bar and restaurant including room service (-)in our room from carmen cenzano - no idea who she is as her letter is untitled - advises room service only in the evenings due to covid-19 restrictions
