i found also pretty difficult (almost impossible) to get a chair by the beach of by the pool

for food, didn’t have the items for accommodating food allergies, alternative dairy options, bar service was slow and selective, room service took an hour and no pre order options available or

breakfast is good, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices also lunch has very extensive choices

all the time at breakfast they anyway ask you for your room number

the casino was well managed and secure
