front desk staff were all helpful and friendly, which was good because the spa wasn't open to shop at or make an appointment, and the front desk had no idea that there were

service providers and location were excellent. golf course in great condition.

family woke up late and we needed breakfast but it was closed, and they were kind enough to get some of the breakfast food back out

the staff was friendly though the front desk flow was not as good as the person was doing laundry or attending to breakfast needs

no closet doors, no place to hang wet towels, staff had too many responsibilities (front desk, laundry, cleaning, kitchen) and couldn't always be at the desk when they were needed

pool was closed for repairs.
