the accommodation was away from the restaurant and bar and the staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble

tv options were limited and wifi didn't seem to work well.

a very large bed for myself and my husband and a separate sleeping area with twin beds for the kids

the outside bar was buzzing on sunday afternoon with a dj and sunshine

was great, i took my dog and had no issues going into the bar etc with her, little extras for my dog was included (bowl / dog food/toy/poo bags)

we could have used a drink and snack and there was nothing available due to the 10pm closure of bar and room service

bar staff at the hotel's associated gastro-pub (the florence) need to be more welcoming and to
