we loved how close we are to the island and you really don't have to leave with all the shops, kids activities and restaurants

front desk staff, housekeeping, pool area and pool staff was amazing

pet fee on a 3 pound full grown chihuahua and the fact you don’t post the pet fee on the

problems i have is on the price on pets and the fact you do not show the pet fee on any website

only complaint is i called the hotel after booking for 4 nights to inquire about the pet fee and was told that it was $35 per stay

should have been $515 plus $55 for pet fee but was charged $598

my kids ran around the room while we unloaded our vehicle and their feet were black within minutes of
