we stayed in the suites, which had the kitchenette

but it was clean…no bugs…the staff was friendly…pool was clean and well maintained

we loved being able to have cocktails at the pool and relax with an ocean view

checking in at the bar is completely unconventional, but it is a brilliant idea

pet fee continues to increase year after year

pet fee $25 a day(prob per pet but we only had 1 dog, so not sure)

we always appreciate when we can stay with our fur baby and the pet fee was fair

amenities we not available, pool closed and recently started charging pet fee

would like to have known ahead of time about the $25 pet fee and the required additional cost of parking at the hotel

loved the view from our room , and the pools were pretty fun for my kids and the entrance to the beach was an easy access

desk didn t have trash bags, we couldn t use the dryer bc staff wasn t able to provide laundry detergent bc they were all out

used the gym, and great location for the beach, easy parking

i like here is that we had a room near the beach and my kids were very happy.

i loved the location of the hotel, staff was very friendly and fast with the room service.

the food they sell at their restaurant is good and accessible while you are in the pool or for eat at your room

love that this hotel is very family friendly and provides plenty of activities for kids and adults to have fun

the staff was all very attentive and helpful and made sure our kids had everything they needed at the table

it was definitely not geared towards young kids partying but more of a family atmosphere

things were closed due to covid but they still provided a cold to go breakfast which was

checking out i reviewed my receipt and notice that the front desk mgr andrea charge me the pet fee

shower didn't drain and had a lot of hair visible in the drain, the carpet of the room was burnt in an area

hotel only offers upgraded rooms for pets which are more expensive

the pet fee was pricey. i wasn't offered a room fir pets so paid extra for my pet.

i requested a pet friendly room not expecting majority of the carpet to be scratched up and the entire bathroom

the laundry facility was a good addition

the laundry room was out of order so because i could not get housekeeping to exchange my sheets i ended

like the front desk associate she was kind enough to allow an early check in

wish the laundry facilities were in order part of the reason i chose this hotel

staff was friendly at desk and cooks breakfast staff loved gym with tv on elyptical and water

parking was across the street in a parking garage, which was kind of a hassle especially on the one

if the pool was open & the eating area

has free wifi and laundry

pool was up and running so the kids could burn off some energy!
