open buffet food (breakfast & lunch) was mediocre or even below average (+)breakfast the staff are very friendly they do everything for you to be well attended (+)soothing jazz by the outside tables of the coffee bar and really relaxing instrumental music for breakfast (+) the buffet was great for breakfast (-)did not love the buffet for dinner (only tried breakfast and dinner). (+) lunch and dinner was alright, but fantastic breakfast buffet (-)breakfast was good but it didn t stay warm all that well so sometimes parts of the meal would be (-)m) and the buffet was only opened for breakfast (+)friendly staff, awesome food (4 different restaurants - all delicious and great choices at the breakfast buffet), very clean, the most beautiful room; we loved it and couldn't ask for more for (+)the team at the restaurant were amazing from the breakfast to lunch. (-) also the customer service may be improved in the breakfast area as we waited twice for coffee

was a bit off the path, we needed a golf cart to get to the beach(15 min walk) for that reason i put 9 out of ten and the food was not

- was old and didn’t work well, same with indoor jacuzzi, and lots of pieces of tiles in the pool were missing (we scratched our feet)

breakfast was fantastic, especially getting the fresh omlettes and fruit

gabriel from the pool bar area, who without us even asking proactively approached us to offer the entire bar selection

the drinks at the bar are very watered down.

i missed more activities toward the beach

however when i got to the resort i learned kids under 12 months are free so i was overcharged for

private access to the pool in your backyard

crowded and horrible train station- full of luggages
