the entire apartment had every amenity and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and utensil, which is great for a longer stay

we were able to do our laundry in an adjacent room

laundry also wasn't as simple as expected (it's shared with staff and other guests)

room was outfitted with just about everything we could need, and we appreciated the use of the laundry facilities

the kitchen has everything that you need to cook a proper dinner

all the washing machines in the laundry were being used by housekeeping, including the machine for use by guests and not available

beds were comfortable and it was wonderful having a kitchen

the man who checked us in was also the server we had at dinner--besides a staff member in the laundry room, i never saw another worker on the property

kitchen was very nice and had some basic supplies

the kitchen had everything you could ask for in the way of appliances and dishes

there are dangerous steps all over the room , which can break your leg,kids are falling all around

and the helpful staff and interesting things to see and do in and out of the house kept the kids and adults within the limits of sanity

the in-room amenities like the coffee and tea bar were great

the bar / restaurant is very relaxing and well stocked with a range of whiskies

the quality and perfectionism while the bar tender made an irish coffee was a joy to watch

bith dinner and breakfast were very good, staff were nice and helpful, room was very nice.

felt booking indirectly we were in lowest quality room and unfortunately the wifi was broken

room service breakfast was perfect and no tray charge

i think there was suppost to be free wifi and i didn't manage to get that working - but it didnt bother me as i didnt need
