was such a beautiful property to stay at ,my favorite part was the view of the mountains at the pool ,just gorgeous

atmosphere was great, the bar was really nice. the spa is brand new, so it was amazing.

parking close to the room was nearly impossible!

our room had stairs going down to it it. and parking at night was a pain

the guy on the golf cart (i forgot his name-sorry) provided exceptional information and friendly advice (+) more city slickers with amazingly nice beds than fancy golf course style (+)in was easy and chris, the bellman, brought us to our room in the golf cart (-) they used the walk-way on the side of the room to park their maintenance/golf carts overnight, one behind the other (3 of them) so that we had to walk around onto the dirt, (-) one in a golf cart almost hit us on the walking path and didn t say anything as she drove past

the pool was great for the kids and the grounds were immaculate

gym was well equipped

the gym is crowded and could use some updating but the equipment is very good.

pool was overly crowded and people with kids brought giant floaties which took up a lot of space

agoda lists 3 palms as pet friendly, which is correct, but does not call out any pet fees, which i unhappily discovered

they also charge a pet fee
