the staff facilitated an early check in as we had an event to attend and needed to change

paid for a room but actually got a bachelor apartment with full kitchen facilities including a full-size fridge, stove, microwave oven, sink, dishes and cutlery

kitchen supplies, fridge was not working as normal. room is not renovated recently

the breakfast was more than enough and they let us take all the food we needed for our road trip

at breakfast this morning we got cooked crisp bacon and eggs right out of the kitchen

the front desk manager compensated us by waiving the $20 pet fee

inside pool with slide was great fun for the kids but as adults we were unable to swim and had to watch for impact of splash

bed too soft;outdated pool and gym;poor breakfast buffet.

the indoor and outdoor pool were a bit hit with the kids and they were a great temperature

thing which could be improved is to have a shower to rinse out after using hot tub or swimming pool

some supplies first day but not refill during our stay, decent breakfast; nice pool and hot tube- kids enjoyed every evening; possible to change towels or ask for supplies now that the cleaning is

popcorn machine for kids and the text message prior to checking asking if anything was required for our

balance and healthy foods were served and lots of choices catered even for picky kids

breakfast buffet was ok but could have been better, the eggs were a little watery, there was only 2

the attention they had to celebrate canada day. thank you for all those gifts for the kids.

parents let the kids run through the halls and play loud music in the halls from 10pm to past
