overall i had a good experience here wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable and a good size and the tv was fine

one room booked was not cleaned when we checked in & one member of staff at spa was rude & abrupt

no pool or hot tub, unless you pay extra for spa services- which is not advertised as an extra cost

if i was travelling with a family/kids the only thing the resort is missing is a pool not accessible through the spa
