in the centre of town and with off street parking, this hotel provides comfortable accommodation for a short stay

perfect breakfast, and the service was fantastic.

the breakfast was ok, but, the maid was wiping the plates with her hands.

also, the breakfast and food (lunch and dinner) were outstanding

she even booked our dinner reservations and managed our laundry service

we lost a day because of a theft issue back in san jose so didn’t have time to use the pool, but hopefully will when we return

even before we got there she offer us breakfast and laundry service (with extra pay but totally was worth it)

the lodge is wonderful in authentic wooden style there are 2 jacuzzi pools and swimming pool with spectacular views

families (4 adults, kids ages 12, 12, 12, 14, 14) stayed here form 7/3 to 7/6

they have a little hike you can do, and massages if you like it us my wife do, or little gym while its raining

some hotel areas like the gym and kids room looked like they have not been or cleaned in ages

stunning location, food was very good, decent little gym

breakfast was simple but adequate - individual plates scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, plantain

wish the pool was also from hot spring water

not much privacy in outdoor pool

most of the rooms have a small pool in the front patio which gets warm water from the springs

staff, a lot of facilities and spa procedures are included in stay

everywhere was extremely clean the free breakfast and as a

pool area is not too attractive and there are no spring waters in the hotel at all

need more restrooms where the bar and the ponds are.
