love the free laundry room

little touches, foremost among those the helpful “ski valets” who offer help booting up the kids in the morning and bagging your skis/kit for safe car side delivery at checkout hour

they emailed me about christmas day gifts for the younger kids and never got anything

should open at 7 am instead of 7:30 am, particularly for those of us with kids needing to get to ski school by 8 am

needed better can opener and spatula some large bowls. kitchen needs more stuff

was comfortable and the room included a table, kitchen sink, fridge, stovetop and microwave so you could have eaten meals there

rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, nice hot pool - also open in winter

yes it had a small kitchen only that the stove didn’t work at all

each had their own personality, and it was an added bonus that they have a fully functioning kitchen inside

the trailer was equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchen

the novelty of staying in an rv park.

only suggestion would have a rock path from the parking side to the other side of the rv park

great place to stay. very quaint and comfortable. wonderful breakfast and staff.

major complaint is that parking is in the rear of the building--not ideal for a motel--so there is no way to see the car

there is a resort fee on top of the room fee ro cover the wifi, pool, sauna, cold plunge, and gym

of the smaller units needed more kitchen amenities and the larger units with large windows over the beds need to have some sort of

the price the room was dingy, wifi was unusable, tv was unusable, ac was loud, windows were falling

easy parking, no problem checking in and out

our stay it was noted that the wifi was unavailable and the hot tub was not functioning

they have the best complimentary breakfast and the customer service is amazing
