if you change your mind about breakfast inclusion when you arrive (we had wanted to see what the menu was like first) you cannot

breakfast was good and at a good price

the fruit plate at breakfast was large, fresh and delicious

breakfast was hood, nice selection of fruit every morning.

4 bottled waters provided for the 5 of us, but no other amenities in kitchen such as salt & pepper, oil for cooking

65 dollars more for a kid although in our voucher from booking it was written free of charge for kids using the room facilities

the kids club was amazing, the staff there were incredibly caring and worked really hard

pool bar closes at 7pm.

the beach is very close and pool is so nice. the staff is very kind.

wifi was only available in the lobby and it was quite stuffy in the room even though there is a fan

wifi didn t work almost at all, bed sheets where stained and window don t have a window

tour busses, and that could be a bit uncomfortable because of the noise and the overcrowded pool

people noted that the balcony rooms are very close to the pools from where quite some noise enters

a lot of noise can be heard at night if one is staying at the rooms near the pool

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and picked it up washed and folded the next day

wifi is really bad, and as the weekend got closer and the rooms filled up, it just stopped working

only complaint is the loud music from the recreationist at the pool

doors has sections that are see through , i was told that after 30 minutes inattended beach or pool beds will become available

huatulco resort & spa is the perfect sport for a relaxing warm weather vacation spot

the staff is amazing, the location is great. the breakfast is really good. the spa is superb.
