can never use the ibis wifi on my iphone

kids outside the hotel were screaming all night last night, woke me up at midnight, again at 2

close to the centre. breakfast was excellent. room was massive.

not much choices for breakfast

staff in reception and bar cafe were so friendly. went out of their way to help.

i was with my son and kids eat free, which was a bonus as

also on-site free parking which we usually look for and the price of the room for one night's stay was cheaper than

food and bar service was awesome

whilst the hotel has parking, it is

a sofa we loved the surrounding area we loved the relaxed feel in the lobby and restaurant and bar area most of all we loved that we were allowed to check in hours before our check in

phone - the staff were super helpful, the restaurant was really nice, breakfast was amazing, the gym was better than most hotel gyms, rooms were clean and comfortable

to major road links, space and design of en-suite, fridge, proximity to ice-maker, free fast wifi, vip local taxi

comfortable stay. great location for my business trip. good breakfast. plenty of parking.

the room service menu is indifferent and the quality is variable.

fantastic value for money. 2adulds and our 2 gradnkids rooms were spotless and kids loved it.

(-)the wifi is very weak and is a problem when trying to conduct business in the room (+)rooms canal & beautiful countryside right there next to you strong and reliable wifi strong shower free parking very good price with the hope of a more appetising and hygienic (-)poor wifi (-)wifi didn't work in rooms and in restaurant it kept crashing out and was more or less unusable. (-)bad wifi in rooms (+) wifi connection was available and very good (-) the wifi didn t work on either my phone or laptop (-)not so good for a peaceful few days away...noise from a5. wifi poor.

parking right outside the room

the inn was located next to the canal with lots of parking space and a wonderful outside area to take in the scenery

individual self contained chalets with parking near the door, warm and comfortable with a good shower

i didn't get the opportunity to sample the bar or restaurant but only because my leisure activities didn't allow

was very quiet considering where it was near the lorry park

rooms were tired and near the lorry park

constant noise from some type of fan or generator outside the window which kept the kids up which kept me

really chatty & made a fuss of the kids too

staff, to be fair the room was at the front right in front of lorry/bus park but had a good nights sleep never heard a thing

noise from bar bering in mind england was playing and the young lads were very excited but all were courteous,

clean tidy room the staff were friendly and food from the bar was good

no hair dryer no wifi tv box was missing and lack of tea bags.

the noise from the bar below didn't bother us; it was kate when we arrived back from family

breakfast was fantastic, it was nice to be able to order a cooked breakfast from a menu

was efficient at check in and ensured that i knew the location of my room, the restaurant, gym etc

on when ordering room service another lady answered the phone who really just sounded fed up and was quite abrupt

rooms might have been bit spacious and could have provisioned a bigger gym.

good sized rustic rooms and a very nice bar downstairs in the bar with a great atmosphere

accommodated us with an early check in

booked in and very over powering as staff had to adk them to be littld more quite as lot of kids running all

a fire broke out in the hotel laundry which meant we had to exit via the fire escape

the double function door in the bathroom, with kids its convenient to still have sink available while someone is taking so long in the toilet ;)

breakfast was very poor quality. would not recommend buying the breakfast.

wifi wasn't working for us and i missed a work deadline for that

friendly and very helpful, our stay was comfortable , we got welcome drinks and complementary late check out till 1pm

gym could be a bit better equipped. extra bench and barbell weights would be good.
