was beyond their control, people left with pool towels so towels were limited

we did take advantage of cold breakfast and use kitchenette to make breakfast

was difficult to find parking but we understand that the area with surrounding businesses are busy

breakfast should be available a bit earlier and/ or have breakfast bags available for guests

quick check-in, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, alot of food at breakfast, nice gym.

the cleanliness, pool, gym and the price

a suite with a living room, was given a junior suite with only a tiny kitchenette

they charged 25$ by night for a dog, but the carpet was full of dog hair when we arrived

have 2 tiny maltese dogs only $25 for pet fee and we had a patio door that led outside to a courtyard for the dogs to play and run ,

pet fee is ridiculous and unnecessary when the room needs to be cleaned thoroughly anyway

pool kids had a blast

kids had a good selection of television stations to choose from

convenience to where i was going in town. price and breakfast available in morning.

place to stay, close to all amenities downtown, nice bar in hotel, friendly staff, will definitely go back

was absolutely no parking available because customers for the bar used every space

excelent breakfast,and plenty of space to 5it and eat very happy with my stay here.

they charged me $50 for the pet fee

the dining room was closed for the evening and there was no room service available

there could have been more options in breakfast like cereal as kids would love to have them.

parking & accessibility is good

due to covid the gym was closed, and basically was one of the reason i leaved the second day

it was reasonably priced. allowed pets. it was nice to have a kitchenette.

room but and i know this is a hard fit but a bit of a let down only having the kitchen type chairs in there

laundry facilities/ products expensive and only 1 each of washer / dryer-- still great bonus for

very friendly staff. well located. especially the pool!

crumbs and dirty kitchen

there was an inch of dust on the heat pump , the dirty laundry stayed piles in hallways and corners the whole stay , there is a water leak under the ice

the conveinance of patio restraint bar walk distances to shopping and other act have the restraint bar

is good, lots of parking space to park any size trailer/vehicle

the staff was very friendly and the bar was a real bar with great beers.

i gather they came back to the motel after the bar closed

easy location to access, good parking.

keep pool open longer and have a free small breakfast!

the pool was also fantastic

also, the flooring in out kitchen and the carpet in the living room were in poor condition

kitchen more stocked than we thought but all the dishes were in the dishwasher which we didn’t

female kitchen worker was rude about my wifes vested service dog being in the dining room
