no towels when i got out of the pool

facilities ( bathroom, swimming pool, and gym ) were good

restaurant, gym, bar etc were closed which i understand was due to

the pool area was nice and spacious

onsite restaurant and bar are very convenient and food is delicious

didn't like having to bring our luggage into the bar area to check-in - it was fairly busy when we arrived so it was awkward

wifi was not working or extremely slow. that s all.

i also didn t like that we were there for one night and there were room service dishes sitting outside the other rooms for the whole 24 hours we were there

there is a bar downstairs, a little bit noisy till midnight.

the fact that this place is dog friendly and doesn t charge an arm and leg for the pet fee is amazing ud83dude0aud83dude0a

room service breakfast was top notch

service was good but slow, not the servers' fault as she was also taking care of room service

extra for view, but it is mostly a view of the lcbo parking lot, and there was an lcbo strike and the parking lot was empty

the bar closed at 10:30, we would have enjoyed a nightcap after the theatre
