big nice room.. quiet..clean...love the hot tub by pool downstairs...friendly staff

the kids jumping around at 2oclock i morning.

breakfast was good. room was nice and spacious. slept well.

like a bargain but hamptons are a very dependable and reasonable place to stay and they include breakfast and cookies in the evening

spa whirlpool was cold and no one assisted us in the operation of the sauna or steam room

all great except way too expensive pet fee for only one night.
