night person, a guy with she/her on i’d tag wouldn’t allow me to wash my laundry and the day manager said after construction workers left we could use the facility

garbage in laundry room overflowing, and not emptied for the three days we were there

we had a little gym room near us which was also nice

was a little worn out all around. gym was sad.

rooms was cramped, the gym was not in good order, machines were broken and it didn't smell clean

:) we enjoyed the outdoor pool and having drink at the pool bar as well as enjoying our (included) breakfast outside

the suite is very much a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen that had everything you might need to cook a meal

the pool deck was very narrow and also really wet which was dangerous for the kids

walking distance you will find, the market place with local shops, an aquatic museum for the kids, a pier to bike ride and a local park for little ones

people and only two sets of towels in room, kleenex were empty, no clock in room, no bag to put laundry in, view was of an ally

only the location, and the facilities which included pool and whirl pool but the ease of check in, and parking garage made this a seamless stay

couldn't use pool or hot tub as they were fully reserved when we arrived and i understand the covid restrictions

the pool isn't heated which was fine on a hot day but may be too cold on a cooler day

our king room by the pool was awesome !!! very spacious and comfortable

the breakfast was good, my room was large and clean, the staff was nice, and there was a pool.

we got called the following with an unprofessional call asking if we had kids in the room

kitchen next to room so strong food cooking odors entered our room, also there was noisy furniture

checking out abs delayed they would not seat us at the tavern because they claimed they flip the kitchen between 11-12 for lunch

waitress in the tavern was awesome. kids loved the pool and hot tub.

wasn't much to not like, but i would suggest a larger selection for the continental breakfast, but it was still much appreciated for a little morning snack and coffee

the lobby of the motel has a really efficient breakfast with *excellent* colombian coffee and breakfast treats, purified water and juices, and

didn't get to use the pool because of the covid rules, but we were there without the kids and there were families there
