biggest down fall is they don't let you have a late check out

a little more expensive than i usually pay, but the shuttle made up for it

it was quiet for how full the parking lot was and staff was very friendly upon check in and check out

the kitchen accessories in the drawers were not all clean, the couch had food stains on it and there

would be nice to have closer parking. otherwise no complaints.

once 3-4 kids get in the shallow end, and 3 adults get in the deeper end, personal space becomes an issue

it was very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. shuttle to and from concert ! way to go!

it wasn't a closed off sweat closet so you could sit and enjoy comfortably while the kids swam

large rooms, opened pool, food at the grill was great. wonderful place to stay.

drinks at the bar were a little pricey

brought a truck and trailer with us for our stay because there was on site parking listed but they didnt list that it is an underground lot so it was a bit tricky getting in

the breakfast menu had no prices on it and it turned out to be pretty expensive

only complaint, and this isn't uncommon, is that the pet fee isn't included on the booking
