liked that there is a split between having an adult pool and kids pool, although the adult pool area is much smaller

we were greeting with port wine for the adults and natural orange juice for the kids

having whatsapp concierge service was a highlight: requesting support in our room, ordering room service and booking the restaurant, everything was easy and seamless

no facilities for kids , kids room , play program on weekends.

hotel had a nice playground, paddle boats, and its forest/grounds so it was great for kids

outdoor swimming pool was a bonus, as was free parking and breakfast
