the bar next door (affiliated with the hotel) is a hit

the bar next door and loved the rolls and coffee in the lobby with comfy couches

the lobby and hotel is very scruffy. the staff at the hotel bar were rude and had a bad attitude

tiny microwave, tiny sink and bar fridge only

it may be a good idea to offer small plates/sandwiches, munchies at the bar next door

the staff was friendly and caring, the baskets with food never got empty during breakfast, they were refilling it all the time :)) we really liked the room design and its tidiness

service was good and staff very friendly included breakfast would definitely highly recommend and would stay there

hospitality from all the staff, good coffee and breakfast, nice property with gorgeous flowers in boxes and planters, parking, and especially loved

their breakfast was great, everything was there for you to take up to your room

street was noisy, but we liked the two twin beds for the kids

also had a double bed and two singles in the second room which our older kids could stay comfortable in

kids staying downstairs wer very loud and water pipes were noisy but otherwise very nice place

will be happy when the restaurant and bar opon

i really miss the bar and dining room.... the coffee in the room was very weak

coffee and croissants gym was brilliant and the spa healing pool fantastic location and it didn t feel

view on the golden gate was disappointing -no access to spa for kids, even 12 years old accompanied by an adult

amenities from the sewing kit in the bathroom, wine and cheese in the fridge, to delicious breakfast pastries

parking was troublesome.

we put our names on a waiting list and we were called to buy another massage but not offered a spa visit

wish there had been breakfast available and good coffee, but not possible due to covid.

the breakfast may have been a little weak but that is me being a little picky it was

early check in without fee (1 1/2 hr prior) (-)early check in payment requirement (+)they charge for early check in at 10 am which is not fair

location is easy to find and the hotel allows early check in which was very convenient for us who went through almost 24 hours fly time

don't expect much from the gym.

the bar drinks were ridiculously overpriced

evening staff at the bar were the best ever

we didn’t have the chance to check out the restaurants for breakfast/dinner or the 24 hour gym

the food bar should be more towards health people not kids, and the cookie

i got excited about the foot spa andaman the bathroom and planned to use it between breakfast and checkout on our last morning,

i love the bidets in the rooms, the spa jet tubs and the large reading nook

so as for traveling with kids it’s fine during the day
