there were workers in parking lot little uncomfortable but i know they were working

location was great. breakfast was good. short ride to have drinks on the water wirh son.

they offered smoke fre and pet fee rooms which we needed

com stated that there was only 2 rooms left on our fist night, but the parking lot was empty except for 7 vehicles

nice people to communicate with, late check out, good size room

minimal parking and i had a minor issue with the shower.

the property has wifi but it is spotty at best.

(+)the property is amazing the facilities the pool the bar the gym (-) gym was fair, the overall place needs to be updated (+)nice area, beautiful views, walking distance to shops and restaurants, nice gym, descents beds. (*) we really did not use the pools or gym (-) no cups for water cooler in the gym (+)a beautiful location, great sites, nice gym facilities, nice restaurants, nice pool and outdoor deck area (+)gym

the stay was nice , room clean and fresh , dinning and regent bar nice and staff very helpful.

enough chaise lounges at the pool area and also too many small kids in the pool , not a relaxing

the pool was so refreshing and clean

you could walk to the mansions and cliff walk if you want , we drove since we have little kids, but super close

($50 pet (-)everything was good, nothing negative to say - be aware of the pet fee who is not included in booking (-) was told that the pet fee was $50 per dog for entire stay, then upon arrival found out it was $50 up to 2 dogs per

parking was ample, there are areas to walk the dog, apparently there is a pool onsite that i may have missed or is outside and closed this time of year

when i told the front desk we were here for our kids’ birthdays, they gave us spontaneous gifts for them

wish they had a snack bar and a menu more kids friendly

lousy room service menu. wifi wouldnt work. $200 deposit for room service was not nice.

where others charge (sometimes without asking) for slightly early check in or leaving a car behind for a final day trip, that was not the case here; great

) they recently added a small gym, so that was a nice surprise

it lacks a pool or waterfront acces (both surpringly rare amenities in newport) it features a gym, on site parking, and balcony rooms have a distant waterview from the balcony

property is cute, very friendly, small gym, and delightful breakfast, and is walkable to downtown

also, there are a ton of free options on the tv for movies in your room, and the wifi is free

kids spring break activities were awesome
