pet friendly facility

was hit with a $40 pet fee which i feel is too much for 1 night

wifi and breakfast not provided, inspite of being promised

you can walk anywhere from this location, the locks, the friendly shops, putt putt golf and dining

the parking is a little tight, but manageable unless you have a huge vehicle.

had their kids playing in the hallway

to a pathway and playground and outside gym, so i had fantastic morning workouts

the overground parking lot was also a bonus, as we were driving a van towing a small-ish

at 6am the day later due to some travel delays and was still provided access to a room with late check out

- if we had known the gym closed at 8 pm we would have booked elsewhere

the pool was not open for use as it was under maintenance (both times i stayed their almost 2 weeks

that evening my soon left the pool to go to our room on second floor ran into a dead body on a gurn by the ice machine

the room was booked it was a pet friendly room so we assumed that the pet would be included in the price of the room

i hate the whole pet fee model when they put you in dedicated pet rooms that are clearly not cleaned to some

to pay an extra $40 on top of the price of the room for pets, even though if the pets done any damage to the room the would charge you for the cleanup or

they charged $25 as pet fee

pet fee was a bit high, paid per dog, per night.

and sort out a plan b the staff were brilliant, from helping to carry bags to rooms, volunteering late check out and other friendly helpful things

great continental breakfast with good hours

breakfast was great. taller toilet should be in all rooms.

the place was comfy and clean and had a bagged breakfast with a pre-packaged muffin, mixed fruit cup and juice cup (orange or cranberry)

room service goofed up food order but went out of their way to make it right.

i like the fact there isn’t carpet and there was no pet fee

pets not being allowed on the bed or you face a charge up to $250 is a little ridiculous when you

expense pet fee
