pool and location

loved the view from my room and that there was roof top over pool

pool was cold, we had to stay at the jacuzzi all the time

the the room was well organized and contained all the kitchen accessories we used

we didn’t have breakfast. we had another event near by, sorry i can’t rate breakfast.

breakfast is exceptional - the gym's view is beautiful - the bar is nice and the employees are very friendly

the treadmill machine was in good working order, and no one was using the gym, so it was pretty quiet

shower, good heater/air conditioning(jan is cold in monterrey) , good wifi , good location (-)wifi didn t work (+)this hotel is good value for money. it has free wifi. (-)wifi wasn't working at all (-) the staff, while nice at check-in, did absolutely nothing to help when i told them my wifi was pitiful
