the shower was difficult to use for kids (handles were too high for them) and it was a bit small for adults

there was a lobby on the second floor with extra bathrooms, huge couches, and wifi

also asked for wifi code and was told the restaurant next door had it but the restaurant was closed

the wifi was not working

this got worse when we returned to the front desk to report the wifi not working in our room despite the booking confirmation twice promising wifi in the room

cafeteria was not open and room service/restaurant didn't open until 8pm which was very late for us to eat

breakfast was good, bar food dinner was very good. room and bed were very good.

use the small gym because the light went out after 3 minutes and the motion sensor was at the entrance only;

the hotel is excellent. the spa is really nice, and it has several indoor and outdoor pools.

the temperature had been in the high 30's 37/38 degrees for weeks but the outdoor pool was empty and would not be filled until the the

rooms above the bar are noisey

bar was going through a refurbishment so there was a limited menu

needs a makeover, only bar food available. it was in a remote location.

but bar downstairs looked to have nice selection of tapas and wines

great family atmosphere in the bar over the weekend. great price.
