the staff, the pool, the garden, the ambience,the decor everything was magnificient

the space near the bar is too dark to read in the evening and quite often too busy

the bar closed too early

spa was lovely with great complementary warm ginger tea drink

from the staff to rooms to food and spa facilities including the amazing hamman

filtration,clorine,pool so old and 4 layers of paint,open concrete sores in and around

pool is condemned

i didn't get to use the pool, but it was good to have the option

in room,bed had dips in it,tiles in shower need regrouting,musty smell in room,dirty pool

the room was spotlessly clean, and the huge spa bath was just what i needed after a huge day of driving
