nice outdoor hot tub ( pool was closed for winter )

staff accepted my request for an early check in, which made my day so much easier

clean, warm and usually not busy the kids had an excellent time in the pool

great pool for kids 11 and 14

pool is great, the view is great and the wooden drift wood dino’s in the back are amazing the kids loved watching the ferry unload and

of tasty choices for breakfast

the pool was great- kids had fun, didn't have any toys available but that was okay

the gym machines didn't work and were a bit shoddy

location is great. staff is friendly. pool access and gym.

room was bright and clean, very good breakfast and the location is excellent, everything was walking distance, like shopping,

bar wine is from a box, bar appis are atrocious, frozen from a box

they allowed me an early check-in and a late check out to accommodate my work schedule

bar tender in the lounge walked out cause she's not well trained to do her job and she was alone

the gym is far too warm, very unpleasant to work out. value for money is not there.

the pool and hot tub were terrific

restaurant and bar are not separated, you can hear loud ppl from the bar.

the ice machine, laundry facilities and the pool are out of order

for those staying longer, there is a swimming pool and gym available

it is a budget motel and absolutely perfect in that it has a kitchen (not a lot of equipment but just enough), enough space inside, a little place to sit on the

location and a very well equipped kitchen made our stay a delight

for the price as well we didnt spend a whole lot of time in our room so to be able to have a kitchenette and separate bedroom for this price was pretty great and it was clean

like having a kitchen when i travel

pillows were super comfy, and minutes from one of the best golf course on vancouver

there is no fitness centre

i booked a spa

the laundry facilities can only be used between 10am and 5pm, because of noise

no continental breakfast or restaurant, access to fitness facility is awkward

it creates a spa feeling

loved the pool and coffee bar

breakfast was awesome

clean and fresh. rooms are beautiful pool and gym..bonus!

the most important thing was they had ev charging

breakfast was terrific, so many options bonus was the ev charging stations for free

, parking challenging for my truck , too tall for the garage

parking area was sketchy

beside a bar that cranks music until about 1 am, kept my 2 year old up most of the night

stay there because the kids so excited about swimming pool but you can only swim if you book the hrs

should put the family with kids downstairs room so no complain with other people

the foyer, robes, pet-friendly (love the treats and towel pack for our pups on check-in) and the kids loved the pool

was on the 1st floor and you could really hear the people upstairs (doing laundry, walking around, flushing toilets)

floors in kitchen& bathroom in suite on ground floor were very very cold

enjoyed it all and just wished i booked ahead for the spa services

they have yummy cookies in the foyer area if you can get some before all the kids do
