pet fee is only 15 dollars

knew that my small dog was welcome, but did not realize that there was a $30 pet fee

pet fee is way too high, the rate of the room was already high

liked the clean room with cold a/c and the breakfast was great

onto the internet for online school, toiletries and towels anytime we asked, quarters for laundry, they were the most helpful and friendly staff i've encountered

i was in the lobby long before breakfast time bringing luggage to my car and noticed there might be coffee available and asked

kitchen floor area in the unit was a bit sticky.

they had a nice indoor pool, they even had baggo set up to play outside

it didn't have an open pool.

pool was closed, no ice machines bc of freezer in room which was off on arrival and didn't make ice

the parking lot and surrounds were trashy (probably due to some person cleaning their vehicle). (-)i just wish you had covered parking and a security guard. (-)location and parking fee (-)our room looked out at an empty parking lot and trash all around it. (+) parking was close to our room (-)the a/c never got really cold, just a little bit cool. parking was odd. (-)hill to get to the hotel and the parking lot are not trailer friendly (-)room was right next to where truckers were parking and it was a little bit noisy (-)we first arrived there was needles all over the back parking lot, along with broken glass and razor blades (+) but kinda sketchy, parking was hard to find but it was a holiday weekend so that wasn t a big surprise
