no place to do laundry. no housekeeping.

the restaurant and bar are great, very good food and drinks, good portions, extremely friendly staff, very attentive

was obviously an older building; the push bar at the entrance was loose and the foyer was a little shabby

it is a nice location,except at night, when many kids that run around and make so much noises.

i watched a dog pee just outside the entry way on the railings at the height kids would touch

they offered soup in the evening and a great selection for breakfast in the morning.

was located close to things we needed, it had laundry facilities which is nice when traveling, nice breakfast and the soup was nice for the

great staff. good room. laundry being free was a nice touch as well

they have a laundry that is free for guests which was nice

the staff were great at dealing with my issue with the pet fee that booking

half working neon sign, blue tarp up front acting as a garage door to what is a covered parking spot now used as storage area

and an arrow sign on the way out of the parking lot would be great

parking lot is little small and gets crowded fast.

there was a water hose in the parking lot i almost slipped on it with my motorcycle

$15 pet fee per night

the rates are fair, room is always clean, pet fee is affordable, and staff is accommodating

it was close to what we were doing. although expensive for the pet fee, it was pet friendly.

we also brought our dog, even with the $15 pet fee the room was around $75 for the night, a great value

they had laundry sevices that were useful but i would say bring your own detergent/dryer sheets to save

not real quite, kids above us jumping around an running down hallway at night

the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the hotel cats that were at the property

they didn't claim the kids until they arrived, maybe that was it

we used the gazebo area to meet my friend & his kids (perfect for that) we also played games on the beautiful lawn

more of a sleeps 3 than 4 (unless you have kids) no view of waterfront from bed (not much to complain
