the breakfast was phenomenal! kids loved the food and the stay as well!

breakfast was very good and very friendly staff.

there were real fried eggs for breakfast everything was hot. my grandkids loved the pool.

along with this the hotel had a pool, gym, laundry room and food and laundry products available for purchase at the front desk

it's not a real breakfast.

free breakfast was just granola bars, juice and coffee were the only things offered

the bathroom was a little small and outdated. the breakfast definitely could have used work.

still no breakfast, or swimming pool open. i truly think that should be compensated..

so many activities on the property, such as the big ferris wheel, mini golf, light shows inside and out and the aquarium

i was offered upgrades prior to my trip for an extra fee (such as wifi and a courtyard view) which i declined (+) wifi was good, great location, staff was also great too help with this confusing hotel (-) no access to wifi was given to us (-) no free amenities were offered beside wifi (-)wifi so not able to use, no water bottle refilling stations (-) i know check in was busy but we had to return several times to get basic information such as wifi code

we needed more pillows and the staff had no key for housekeeping so one of our kids didn't have a pillow

the bar and cafe were not open due to covid

i went in to check on a parking pass & was blown away when they offered an early check in because they had a room ready

hotel is clean and quiet; nice bar and breakfast options. close to downtown. free parking too!
