to wash laundry

i did not like that they weren’t any utensils to use in the kitchen area

there was a mini kitchen but no coffee pot.

*) they offer use of multiple washer/dryers like a laundry mat

the kitchen set up was nice.

however the front desk took our cooler to their back kitchen and filled us up

very clean and comfotortable. loved the kitchen, the breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff.

was construction/remodeling going on in the hotel and the workers were all at breakfast in the morning

i've actually never stayed in such a nice room, kitchen and living space included

everything except there was no outside pool

indoor swimming pool is not heated

we couldn’t assess the gym or pool

the restaurant staff was exceptional from the gentleman at the bar and the sweet lady at breakfast went over and above to make sure we had what we needed

i really appreciate the older lady that did breakfast

breakfast buffet is remarkable. staff was very helpful.

the breakfast was stocked and the space was ample, the room clean and comfortable, the wifi worked, there were no glitches and more importantly no excuses

the lobby is completely stripped down, parking lot is full of construction materials

customer service beautiful view the pool and waterfall safe area bus transportation in front of the

room, strong wifi, plenty of ac outlets for chargers/pcs/tablets, solid breakfast with decent coffee/hot

i mostly camp out every night, but occasionally, i enjoy a nice shower and do my laundry

they also had laundry facilities, we didn’t need to use them though

room , i’m a travel rn just passing through but if you don’t have pets snd don’t mind hunting down towels it’s perfects i was told 1 time pet fee of $35

pet fee daily no maid service which i could care less but if you need a towel be prepared to ask
