i switched rooms because there was obviously a family living right across the hall with screaming kids and a whining dog

kids were yelling and stomping above us at 1:30 am and continued even though we called

the staff was friendly the gym was very nice the room was very pleasant

staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef

gym how close it was to work for me i work out of town i will be a double tree member for

room ,staff, restaurant with fantastic menu, excellent gym with a peloton bike, weights, stretching, nice access to outdoor light and water in that gym

staff, spacious clean facility( great am coffee), excellent dining , really appreciate the gym facilities with peloton bile & outdoor pool

key card consistently had to be reprogrammed and the pool gate entrance key swipe doesn’t work so u have to ask someone to open it up if not got to

laundry or breakfast since the new owners took over

only microwave is in the laundry/vending machines room

for a soccer tournament it was way to much to see parents with there kids standing in line at the bar kids playing with soccer ball in the lobby and the parents not saying nothing adults having

i like the way the rooms are set up and how clean there were. i like that they have a gym

what is the point of having a kitchenette if you don’t provide necessities to cook or plates

general manager, lizzy was who checked me in, and helped me with an early check in as well

no pool access...

even with our room being by the pool it was quiet

they offer no cookware or dishware in the kitchenette suites

view was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was delicious

a full cook to order breakfast and in the evening they had a light supper plus a drink at the bar all included in the room price
