apartments are fantastic we had a 2 bed apartment with pool was huge more than enough space for a family of 6

the resort had everything like a supermarket, restaurant, spa , play areas for kids around the resort main pool activities and so much more

is not a big deal, but maybe the kitchen in the villa could have been a little more equipped, such as kitchen towel, more cutlery,

great pool, shop, restaurant and beds were comfortable, modern kitchen and great breakfast.

like everything from apartments to food friendly stuff, entertainments, would be great if gym open early but that's only one think we can think

cleaned daily, reasonable prices for breakfast, lunch & diner, entertainment staff were

restaurants in the area, supermarket just near the hotel big parking lot across the street at the golf club and lots of street parking available

staff so friendly and accomodating, great pool and food and drinks were great

for us: despite claiming to be a family friendly hotel, there was no play area or toys for kids under 4 and younger toddlers are also not allowed to visit the kids club when accompanied by

the men helping by the pool always assisted my mother with chairs and helping her up the stairs

club breakfast staff were awesome artemio from the bar was great housekeeping we’re excellent would

to be honest - even the pool being out of action wasn't a massive deal as there was another pool available

there is a bar about 200 - 300m from the hotel which played banging music each afternoon until sunset

day we booked the complimentary room to change but we were told we had to use the showers in the gym which wasn’t ideal

we also ordered room service one night from la trattoria (the italian restaurant in the hotel) and the pizza was (+)go every year and service is always 5 star staff are very attentive also room service pool hygiene excellent (+)room service 24/24 was fantastic. (+) we mostly were ordering dinners from the room service and it was all very nicely organised: fast, beautifully arranged and quite good (-) sadly no alchoholic mini bar in the room, but room service could be ordered 24/7 (+)room service was excellent / good food and excellent staff (+) food in decent we had room service a few times and tried 2 of the hotels restaurants (-)pools only one heated the rest were freezing , quality of food room service and restaurants very poor mcdonald s is better

spa and staff there were brilliant

also, the sea front access, although a reason for staying, required a level of fitness to access other restaurants and shopping facilities which we just don t have in our

lots of pretty corners and areas to relax, tropical plants, a few swimming pools - we particularly liked the heated pool

what made our stay exceptional was gemma the kids club caregiver

adults only is also a massive plus

the different pools allowed my family with older kids to enjoy a space that was not over run by little kids

i didn't like wifi quality and tv signal was getting lost frequently

no wifi but didn't need as rocking music

pool too cold to go in but this is minor

it would be nice to find some more vegan food at the breakfast buffet next time

wifi could be better in the rooms

location was brilliant, right on the beach, and everything was covered at breakfast

hotel had a lovely pool, with plenty of sunbeds

there is also a big parking lot

staff, beautiful ocean view, perfectly clean room, comfy bed, convenient parking, good breakfast

bar and restaurant have not yet opened - essential if you trekk long as there are not so many

great location with free parking
