really good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and fast wifi. we would stay again for sure!

the room was a good size, the mattress was good, there plugs/chargers next to the bed and parking is included

from laundry to booking a tour to yaxchilan & bonampak they made us feel like we were long lost friends

loved our stay with adriana who was super accommodating- helped us with laundry, food delivery and has many animals she rescued which is fantastic

as we are backpackers we also had to make laundry more often and adriana let us use the washing machine for free

by the beauty of the whole setting and you can spot so many animals around the lake and pool, it feels like living in garden eden (without the snake) (+)pool area, spacious rooms with charme, in general the hotel has a nice calm atmosphere - staff is (+)very spacious room, nice pool area, restaurant area beautiful, good food (+)were excellent and impeccable, staff was very friendly and attentive, pool area was outstanding and the property is super close to palenque (+)pool area is awesome (+)gardens with the lake filled with terrapins and fish, and exotic birdlife, and the collection of pools to sit beside and listen to the birds, in perfect peace, we enjoyed lunch sat beside the (+) the pool, amazing (-)pool not appealing (+) most beautiful swimming pool we have seen while travelling mexico

from arranging tours and spa treatments before we arrived to greeting us on arrival and all the service throughout our stay

additional services were from high level: good food at the restaurant, great massages and perfect laundry services

we woke up hungry and opted for room service

there is no furniture around the swimming pool not many restos nearby

pool was nice to jump into after exploring the archeological site

this hotel is a great option if you want something inexpensive for a night or 2 that has ac, a pool, friendly staff because you plan to visit the archeological site
