convenience of laundry

the laundry room could be bigger

people were in the vending/laundry

no breakfast and laundry is expensive.

laundry was one broken washer and a dryer

did bring our two little dogs and they have a small backyard and a park nearby

manager and the laundry guy were very rude and there isn't any privacy there at all

requested an early check in, the night before my arrival

the pool wasnt accessible the water was filthy

pool was falling apart, pillows were flat and useless only one towel, bed was broken, no phone,only

quiet. well kept rooms. adequate breakfast...but i seldom eat breakfast and did not eat here.

hotel itself is amazing and i love the indoor pool and hot tub, a lot to do inside the hotel itself

crowded and no one making sure kids didn't take drinks on the play gym and some children had the putt putt putters up in the gym

tha garbage disposal was broken on the first day preventing use of kitchen sink because water would not go down

pool was down and that is why i stayed there.

we also wanted to use the pool but it was closed and i asked about 10 times if it would re open and each time i was
