the spa facility smelt like mould the lady at the spa facility was very unfriendly i expected a bar fridge with water for a **** hotel the breakfast was

really nice rooms and a good breakfast

and comfort were excellent, breakfast was fantastic and the bed was awesome

great walks the house is surrounded by a lovely stream you can hear the water from everywhere the spa is amazing has dead sea salt bath rare to find amazing

meals were also excellent - breakfast was varied and delicious and fresh; we ate dinner in the bar and while the menu was simple it was very tasty

the cafe in the garden is very nice and the spa is good too

both the indoor pool and spa were clean, gave my family a nice break from walking all around the city

we used room service on a number of occasions and it was prompt and quite good in variety and quality

spa area is extremely small and pretty much a kids playground, i found a spider in the steam room & promptly left

touches such as ice creams round the pool, breakfast and kids breakfast extras

the lady who checked me in , served me at the bar and organised a toothbrush and toothpaste was exceptional and this was also true of the staff

sadly a storm damaged the pool so it was out of action for a couple of days.

the place is pretty special with lots of facilities including chess, and pool and bar drinks available through the evening
